As I was driving to the gym this afternoon, I passed the horse and saw a man out there with what appeared to be a toothbrush but probably wasn't, cleaning off the last remnants of the paint I was so upset by yesterday. Yes, it really disturbed me to the point that I also posted it on FB and sent a picture to the town. On the town website, there is an e-mail address to which you are to send concerns. I have no compunction about reporting this type of vandalism. I just wish the little rats could be caught and punished appropriately. So kudos to the Town of Cary for being on top of this. On a completely different topic. I would like to say how proud I am of my girls who eat and enjoy cucumbers as their pre-workout snack. Yummy and nutritious. I hope they continue this well into adulthood. It will serve them well.
Then it was off to the homework room to get some reading and math done. I did have to mention to the moms in there that recently they have made the room into a homework room until 5:30 and asked them to keep the noise down. One actually brought their kid out. The rest ignored me. Even if it wasn't a homework room, it was obvious that Macy to doing homework and out of courtesy, they should have required their children to be more quiet. But, obviously, they don't have school aged children yet and cannot grasp the frustration of trying to get it all done with screeching and crashing going on all around. I must be feeling charitable today; I didn't call out the dogs.
I'm a mother of 2 girls living in NC. I've dabbled in photography on and off but really this is just for fun
