For father's day we all pooled our money to get my father a flag pole. He proudly flies his colors every day along with the "Viking" symbol of the camp. Today, as I sat out front watching the kids in the water, the wind blew just right to display the flags on a perfect blue sky with my favorite puffy white clouds. I've done a little cropping and curve adjustments. (ISO 100, 70mm, f4.5, 1/100)
Here's another version of it. I liked the sky better but the crop was odd.
My father has been hankering to bring all the kids out in the kayaks all week. He's such a great grandfather. Some kids did better than others but it was a sight!
You already know I'm a sucker for these clouds. When they are hovering over a serene lake, I simply can't help myself. Here are two I just had to attempt. They need something but I haven't figured that out yet.
And 2 more random pics that captured the day.
I'm a mother of 2 girls living in NC. I've dabbled in photography on and off but really this is just for fun
